ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.131 dated 21.09.2017 registered under Sections 21C, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act and 61/1/14 of the Excise Act at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 22.12.2017, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.12.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
