The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR mentioned below:- FIR No.

Dated Police Station Sections 26th March, 2023 Kalanpur, District 21, 23, 27A NDPS Gurdaspur Act and Section 66 (F) IT Act, 25 if the Arms Act 2.

This Court vide order dated 17.05.2023, granted interim bail subject to joining the investigation.

Affidavit of Dayama Harish Kumar Om Parkash, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Gurdaspur has been filed by learned State counsel and the same is taken on record. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating. 5.

As the petitioner has joined the investigation and lending co-operation, the interim bail granted is made absolute subject to conditions as envisaged down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.. . 6.

Disposed of accordingly.
