Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.1027 dated 26.12.2017, under Sections 302, 397 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Jind, District Jind. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.
