A perusal of all the previous orders reveal that either a request for adjournment had been made by the counsel for the petitioners or none appeared on their behalf.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that the compromise talks have failed between the parties on account of non-adherence to the terms and conditions.

It is, thus, evident that the case is being adjourned time and again. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any further.
