PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.09 dated 29.01.2015 registered under Sections 452/323/506/149/148 IPC and later on added Section 325 IPC at Police Station Bariwala, District Muktsar Sahib.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
There are serious allegations against the petitioner that he along with 8/9 unidentified persons had entered into the house of complainant and caused injuries. To ascertain the identity of other accused and recover the arms, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary. Thus, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to surrender before the trial Court and move application for bail.
