(Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.144 dated 29.11.2014, under Sections 452 and 354-B read with Section 34 IPC (Sections 8 and 11 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 were added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no role to play in the above-said offences and he has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the investigating officer, has informed that out of 13 witnesses only 4 have been examined. Boghi Singh, co-accused of the petitioner, has been declared proclaimed offender, vide order dated 15.03.2016, against whom the allegations of Naresh Kumar 2016.08.17 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh molestation of the complainant is attributed.

CRM-M-7930-2016 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. In the present petition, the petitioner was arrested on 30.10.2015. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time.

In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Mansa.

Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
