R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2014. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Darshan Singh submits that only one witness has been partly examined so far.
Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously but preferably within a period of six months from the date already fixed.
Prosecution through State counsel be also directed to produce all the witnesses by making prayer to the trial Court for short dates.
Trial Court is at liberty to apply for extension of time if there is any obstruction in recording the evidence on behalf of the petitioner.
