On the previous date of hearing, i.e. 20.04.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- <At the outset, learned State counsel is directed to have apt instructions from the quarter concerned, as to how much time is required by the authority concerned to decide the application preferred by the petitioner, specifically, when, as per para 11 of the petition, the matter was heard and reserved on 1.12.25. Adjourned to 21.04.2026.= 2.

In compliance with the directions embodied in the hereinabove extracted order, the learned State counsel has today, on instructions received from the quarter concerned, informed the Court that the petitioner9s second appeal shall be decided within a period of six weeks.
