As per allegations on 22.12.2015 at about 10 pm complainant-Munish was present at the wedding of the brother of his friend Vishu. One Dalbir and Ladi had an altercation with each other due to which the DJ Dancing was stopped. Dalbir is then alleged to have called the present three accused alongwith 4-5 other unknown persons at the wedding and got started the DJ Dancing. Due to such interference dispute again started and thereafter the accused party is alleged to have inflicted two gandasi blows on the left ear of the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.03.22 18:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.
CRM-M 7934/2016(O&M) complainant as also an injury with kirpan on the right side of hip of the complainant. It is a matter of record that the injured complainant was referred to Plastic Surgery Department of PGI. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the manner in which the injuries were inflicted apart from the gravity of injuries,no case for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of three accused is made out.
Dismissed.
