(Oral) It is squarely accepted by both the counsel that in consequence of order passed on application under section 311 Cr.P.C., witnesses have since been examined and cross-examined. However, Mr. Bassi submits that the petitioner is willing to join the trial court who has sought to raise his apprehension that he might be sent to custody. The present petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall put in appearance before the trial court within 10 days and shall be released on bail.
