(ORAL) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to record the statement of petitioner and take appropriate action against the accused persons, in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the information was received by the police from the hospital and respondent No. 4-ASI Hardev Singh, reached the spot and all the facts known to the petitioner were informed but his statement was not recorded. It is further contended that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 27.02.2015 (Annexure P-2) in this regard to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No. 2).
