The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.77 dated 01.12.2011 registered under Sections 306, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Tarsikka, District Amritsar. 2.

Earlier, in a petition i.e. CRM-M-32788-2013 filed by one Lakhwinder Singh, seeking transfer of the investigation in the aforesaid FIR, State counsel made a statement that a cancellation report had been prepared by the police and submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate, on the basis of which, the said petition was disposed of as having rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner, therein, to approach the Illaqa Magistrate for redressal of his grievance, SANDAL SHARMA 2023.07.07 12:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-26280-2023 (O&M) N.C. No.2023:PHHC:075480 if any. The matter was stated to be re-investigated/further investigated by the police and again a cancellation report had been submitted and the same was accepted. Thus, the present petition appears to be misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
