(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 340 read with Section 195 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against respondent No.2 for cause of perjury, offences against public justice and furnishing false information/declaration on oath in the counter affidavit filed before the court in CWP No.7459 of 2020; along with certain other prayers.

Having regard to the facts as disclosed in the present petition, this court does not find it appropriate to initiate any proceeding against any person on account of the alleged pleadings raised in CWP No.7459 of 2020, which already stands dismissed by this court by separate order of even date.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
