**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.178 dated 26.05.2018, under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1989, at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-3). Pursuant to order dated 15.11.2018 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 06.12.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.280 dated 06.12.2018, duly forwarded by ld. District & Sessions Judge, Karnal vide letter bearing No. 18486 dated 06.12.2018.

According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal, SONIKA 2018.12.20 13:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-50156 of 2018 --2-- is satisfied that compromise is genuine, without any pressure or undue influences.

Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal, dated 06.12.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.178 dated 26.05.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed qua the petitioner only, subject to payment of costs of `15,000/-, out of which `2,000/- shall be deposited with the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court and `13,000/- with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts regarding payment of cost of Rs.15,000/- in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Disposed of accordingly.

File is ordered to be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
