# Report dated 12.08.2015 of learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Ferozepur has been received whereby after recording statements of Paramjit Kaur (widow of the deceased), Balkar Singh (uncle of the deceased), Kirpal Kaur (mother of deceased), Kuldeep Singh (injured) and the accused person namely Jarnail Singh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.CA has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.  Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure accidental death case, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences and bringing about peace and harmony and in view of the law laid down in $%&' %'()* +&+,

-'.&/ &'0 &'+),1  "2#   "1%3%'&4# 25 and $6-47%'0,1 %'() &'0 +),18 * +&+,  -'.&/ &'0 &'+),1  9 "5#   "1%3%'&4#  ! the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.1 dated 09.01.2011 registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur under Sections 304=A/279/337/427 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR including the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 28.11.2014 (Annexure P2) are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
