FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to immediately execute the conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner of the plot No. 1197 measuring 100 Sq. yards, for which, representation dated 20.03.2020 (Annexure P11) has also been submitted before the respondent No. 4. Heard.
