(ORAL) ase heard via Vide these petitions, the petitioners seek the concession of 'regular bail' under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.280, dated 26.07.2019, having been registered at Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323 and 506 of the IPC as also Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (with DINESH 2021.12.16 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Pursuant to the last order passed by this court, a report has been received from the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, dated 26.11.2021, stating to the effect that all material prosecution witnesses have been examined in the course of the trial.
Learned counsel for the petitioners therefore submit that the petitioners having been in custody for more than 2 years or more and with the trial still ongoing with other prosecution witnesses still to be examined, they may be admitted to bail.
Upon query to learned State counsel as to whether there are any other criminal case registered against the petitioners, he submits that as per his instructions, there is no other criminal case registered against them. That being so, w
petitions are allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to their furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the complete satisfaction of the trial court.
