On the instructions of ASI Major Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the fact that the petitioner was not arrested from the spot along with 6 kgs of poppy husk, alleged to have been recovered from Rajbir Singh and he having joined the investigation, he can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 4.3.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. May 10 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
