(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned communication dated 26.05.2022 (Annexure P-25) whereby respondent No.3 has directed the petitioner to deposit the outstanding amount within three days otherwise, all the hoardings/banners displayed by the petitioner will be got removed and will be seized which is illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction because the validity of communication dated 24.09.2020 (Annexure P-12) on the basis of which respondent No.3 has issued the impugned communication dated 26.05.2022 is already under challenge before this Court in CWP-18247-2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that the petitioner be granted liberty to file detailed representation RITTU 2024.04.16 10:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.13449 of 2022 -2- 2024:PHHC:050313 for the redressal of its grievances before respondent No.3 i.e. Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Sirsa and he be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has submitted that if the petitioner files any such representation elaborating his grievance, the same would be decided expeditiously.

After hearing learned counsel for both the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file his detailed representation before respondent No.3 as prayed for within a period of one week from today. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated period, then respondent No.3 i.e. Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Sirsa is directed to decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing.
