(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.79 dated 29.09.2016 under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Noormehal, District Jalandhar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Premjeet Singh, submits that as against the 19 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 11 witnesses have already been examined in the case and the case is fixed for 27.11.2019.
