HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of interim anticipatory bail in case FIR No.52 dated 28.7.2020 under Sections 406,420 IPC registered at P.S Rawalpindi, District Kapurthala.

Vide order dated 24.08.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Chamkaur Singh, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 24.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
