This is a petition under Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in CWP-3074-2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 05.03.2024 has since been complied with, hence, he does not wish to press the present petition.
