Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0142 dated 20.09.2020 registered under Sections 353, 188, 186, 332, 334, 506, 146, 149, 269 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 51 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 3 of Public Property (Prevention of Damage) Act, 1985 registered at P.S.Payal, Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana.
After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the petition and he has instructions that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court and file a petition for regular bail.
