Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court by passing order in CWP No. 3197-2007 - 'The Punjab State Federation of Cooperative House Building Society Ltd v. The State Information Commission, Punjab and others, decided on 21.04.2014 hence, the present petition be also remanded back to the Information Commission to be decided afresh on the same terms and conditions as passed in CWP No. 3197-2007 - 'The Punjab State Federation of Cooperative House Building Society Ltd v. The State Information Commission, Punjab and others.
