**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of order dated 9.2.2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad. Heard.

The petitioners are the witnesses in a case registered at the instance of petitioner No. 1. The petitioners had failed to appear and, therefore, warrants of arrest were issued. The warrants of arrest were issued only to secure their presence. The impugned order of the trial Court had been stayed subject to the condition that the petitioners would appear before the trial Court on or before 9.3.2016. On the last date, it had been stated that the complainant had appeared before the Court but her statement was not recorded.
