(Oral) On the request of parents of the girl Nupur Lamba, respondents no. 4 and 5 had talked to the girl and after some time petitioners as well as respondents no. 4 to 6 have made statement before this Court whereby girl Nupur Lamba has shown voluntariness to accompany her parents today from the Court itself and private respondents no. 4 to 6 have assured this Court to protect life and personal liberty of both the petitioners Nupur Lamba and Shubham Kapoor and have promised that after necessary formalities they will arrange social marriage of the petitioners between them within two days. Criminal Misc. No. M-7996 of 2016 -2petition. However, the private respondents shall be bound by their statements.

The official respondents are directed to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioners in the meanwhile. In due course the private respondents will ensure that the FIR so lodged against petitioner no. 2 shall be compromised. The girl has accompanied voluntarily with her parents from the Court.
