(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner intends to challenge the Rule on the basis of which, the benefit of promotion which was given to the petitioner on the last date of his service career is being declined as the same is not based upon any intelligible differentia, hence, the present petition may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
