Mr. Keshav Pratap Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. AG Haryana Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Petitioner Mahipal who is in custody since 13.1.2015 is seeking regular bail.

It is the argument of petitioner's counsel Sh. Keshav Pratap Singh that the petitioner is not attributed any grievous injury on vital part of the body of the injured and that the lone injury attracting section 307 IPC is attributed to Sonu non-petitioner together with the fact that similarly placed accused have been allowed bail vide Annexures P/2 and P/3, which is conceded by the State.

Criminal Misc.
