(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside order dated 14.03.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar whereby the petitioner has been summoned on the application of respondent No.2 under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 8 dated 10.02.2011 registered under Section 498A IPC at Police Station Islamabad, Amritsar (Annexure P-2) and all further proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the Sessions Court, as per law. Permitted to do so.
