**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 119 dated 03.7.2017, registered under Sections 341, 346, 506, 34 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar.

Mr. K.S.Sidhu, Advocate filed the power of attorney on behalf of the complainant.

Status report has been filed by the State which is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner prays that Section 376-D IPC has been added later on and the same may be added in the head note of the petition.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 10.1.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 10.1.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i) (ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
