(Oral) Notice to respondents No. 2 and 3 could not be issued as counsel for the petitioner has failed to file correct addresses since January 14, 2016 despite repeated opportunities granted for the purpose On 14.2.2017, order passed by this Court reads as follows:- "Counsel for the petitioner has failed to comply with the orders of this Court for the past more than a year. Last opportunity is provided to do the needful failing which the petition may fail.

On necessary compliance being made within a period of 15 days notice to respondents No. 2 and 3 be issued for 17.05.2017."

The petition filed by Ravinder Kaur to express her grievance against reduction of sentence by the Court of Appeal cannot be heard

CRR-2471 of 2013(O&M) -2without providing an opportunity of hearing to respondents No. 2 and 3. In the circumstances, finding no option, the petition is bound to fail and is accordingly dismissed.
