The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 29.10.2015 for having committed fraud with the bank by withdrawing the amount from ATM machine in an unauthorized manner. He is alleged to have withdrawn a sum, which is more than Rs. 1.00 lac.

The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 29.10.2015. He has been involved in the case on the basis of Rs. 30000/- and an ATM Card of OBC Bank having been recovered from him on the basis of his disclosure statement.

On the instructions of ASI Tirlok Chand, it has been stated that challan has already been presented.

In view of the above circumstances, the probability of trial being concluded in near future being remote, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court. April 27 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
