Cost imposed vide order dated 17.08.2015 has been paid by the State and counsel for respondents No.5 to 7. Reply on behalf of the private respondents has been filed today in court and the same is taken on record. State counsel submits that the cancellation report has been submitted.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this case. The petitioners may take the recourse to the remedies available to them in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail legal remedies available to them in accordance with law.
