This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 8 dated 15.01.2015 under Sections 452/324/323/427/148/149 IPC at Police Station City-1, Abohar.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from H.C. Baghel Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated April 21, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated April 21, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
