NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ, order or direction for quashing of the impugned selection list prepared by the respondent-department dated 17.04.2020, (Annexure P-5), whereby respondent No.7 has been selected for the post of Swasthya Sahayak for Malaria session, who is the junior to the petitioner, as per joint seniority list, Annexure P-3. Notice of motion.

Ms.Rajni Gupta, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

It is stated that the petitioner made various representations and also visited the office of Deputy Commissioner but till date, nothing has been done. His representation, dated 11.05.2020, Annexure P-6, is still pending.

CWP-12575-2020 -2In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.3 & 4 to look into his representation and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two weeks from today by way of a speaking order. In case the petitioner is entitled to the relief, the same be granted to him. However, if the order is otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
