Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.28 dated 19.02.2014, under Sections 167, 217, 218, 342, 166-A, 409 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13(1) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar and all consequential proceedings arising thereform.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Rajinder Pal Singh has submitted that petitioner has been found innocent during investigation.
