This is the second petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.198 dated 10.04.2025 under Sections 127(6) of BNS registered at Police Station Industrial Sector-29, Panipat, Haryana. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Same was the position on the last date of hearing as well.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that cancellation report in the present case has been filed, which renders the present petition infructuous.
