Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 IPC vide FIR No.233 dated 26.10.2012 at Police Station, Sahlawas District Jhajjar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Jagbir Singh, at the outset submits that trial is at its fag end. It was fixed today before the trial court for defence evidence.

Under the circumstances, no case is made out for enlarging the petitioner on bail as the trial is nearing its culmination. Dismissed.
