**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 78 dated 04.09.2017 under Sections 306/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Abohar, District Fazilka.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 12.02.2018 :- "Counsel for the respondent-State submits that report from the Forensic Science Laboratory has come. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to join the investigation. Adjourned to 30.05.2018.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on 15.02.2018 at 11.00 a.m. and on his doing so, the petitioner be released on interim bail Satyawan 2018.05.31 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for investigation any further.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from the investigating Officer, confirms the aforesaid fact.
