CRWP-4547-2024 -2Both the petitioners have claimed themselves to be major relying upon their Aadhar Cards indicating that petitioner No.1-Sania is 13.11.2005 born and petitioner No.2-Ashish Kumar is 01.01.2000 born. Without commenting on the legality and validity of the marriage, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 (Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar) to look into the representation dated 13.05.2024 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners. Keeping in view the fact that both the petitioners claim to have married, I think that if possible, respondent No.2 may call a meeting of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 to 7 in his presence, so that the parties get rid off their ill feelings and live amicably. The petition stands disposed off.
