(Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.5 dated 22.01.2025 under Sections 115(2), 333, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is brother-inlaw of the complainant, along with his co-accused has entered the house of the complainant and has caused injuries to the complainant. It is stated that the petitioner has only caused simple injuries. Admittedly, there is no enmity between the parties as it is a case of matrimonial dispute. 3.
