RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents Nos.2 to 5 to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No.0002 dated 31.03.2023 under Sections 406,427,447,448,120-B IPC registered at P.S NRI, District Gurdaspur, in the light of representations dated 20.04.2023 (P.2) and 09.05.2023 (P.3) filed by the petitioner. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents- State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has filed representations (Annexures P-2 & P-3) before the SHO, NRI Cell, Gurdaspur for the redressal of his claim and the same have not been decided. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Addl. Director General of Police, NRI Wing, Phase-VII, Mohali to look into the representation if any filed before him within a period of one week from today and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of filing of the representation.
