CWP-12550-2020 (O&M) Learned counsel for respondent no.1 while referring to para no.5 of the short reply by Dr. Rakesh Wadhwa, Registrar, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa, Haryana, submits that while approving the selection panel of part time Teachers for the session 2020-2021, it has been decided to allot workload at the first instance to those part time Teachers who are already working in academic session 2019-2020, subject to requisite qualification, work load and satisfactory work and conduct of the said empanelled Teacher and to the exclusion of ineligible part time Teachers. Thereafter, it is only for the remaining workload that fresh part time Teachers would be empanelled for academic session 2020-2021. Learned counsel for respondent no.
1 specifically submits that all the petitioners have been found to be eligible to continue for the said academic session. It is noticed that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the last date of hearing and neither is there any representation on their behalf today. It is possible that due to the petitioners being found eligible to continue, present petition is not being pursued by the petitioners. Keeping in view the stand taken by respondent no.1 and the specific averments on its behalf by learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. In case, there is any ambiguity/inaccuracy in the facts brought before this Court, it is open to the petitioners to move an appropriate application in this writ petition. 00 .,..
