CRM-M-50287-2018 --2-- Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that alleged recovery was a narcotic substance. Petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2018. Moreover, co-accused of the petitioner namely Preetpal Kaur and Jagdeep Singh have already been granted interim bail till receipt of FSL report. Treating the case of the petitioner on the same party, he may also be granted interim bail. In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of `2.00 lakh each to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned only till receipt of the FSL report.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
