Ms. Monika Jangra, Advocate for the petitioner. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the last selected candidate in the BCA category has secured 50 marks and the petitioner has not been awarded marks for the experience although he had duly attached the experience certificate. A copy of the experience certificate is annexed as Annexure P-5. In the event of the petitioner being awarded 05 marks for experience, he would have an aggregate of 53 marks, which are more than the marks of the last selected candidate. She has drawn my attention to the representation (Annexure P-7) sent to respondent No.2. She further contends that she would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-7) in accordance with law.
Issue notice to respondents.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
