**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 656 dated 6.10.2017, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 354-A, 377, 323, 325, 341, 511 IPC (later on Sections 341, 354-A, 377 and 511 IPC were deleted), Police Station City Hansi, Police District Hansi, Haryana.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 7.3.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Counsel for respondent No. 2 states that gold chain has not been returned.

Crl. Misc. No. M-49381 of 2017 -2gold chain was not recovered.

There is a dispute regarding the gold chain. The petitioner would deposit Rs. 25,000/- before the trial Court which can be released to the complainant.
