Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.193 dated 30.7.2025 under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 238 of BNS and Section 21 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.

Faced with the situation that the FIR in question is still under investigation qua the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
