Versus
Parveen Kumari and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.
Present:
Mr. Divyadeep Walia, Advocate for the petitioner(s).
Shekher Dhawan, J.
Present petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga in complaint case under Sections 307, 120-B & 34 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the learned Additional Sessions Judge has granted bail to the respondents without considering the basic facts that an attempt was made to commit murder of petitioner, who is the husband of respondent No.1 and his marriage with respondent No.1 had taken place on 17.02.2010. However, no grounds have been stated for misusing the concession of bail by the respondent. As such, present petition for cancellation of bail is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
