(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case arising from FIR No.01 dated 12.06.2017 registered under Sections 59(2)(b), 21, 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 read with Sections 218, 466, 471, 120-B, 384, 482 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Special Task Force, SAS Nagar, District SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab for a period of 15 days enabling him to attend the marriage of his daughter Manpreet Kaur scheduled to be held on 26.11.2018. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 17.11.2018, police has verified the factum of marriage of daughter of the petitioner scheduled to be held on 26.11.2018. Heard.

Considering the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner, he is granted interim bail for 15 days from the date of his release, subject to RAVINDER SINGH 2018.11.22 10:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
