(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.148 dated 15.09.2018, registered under Sections 306 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Passiana, District Patiala. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.02.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
